Welcome back oh distant traveller from the American Southwest.... Might I suggest you include a signature remark indicating something to the effect of

"aka dalivad"  as most of us know you by that name

As soon as I have the time to figure out how to make a signature, I will.  After an almost 18 month battle with lung cancer (which seems to be remitted), it may take some time for me figure out everything again.  It was a personal talk with Lady Catreece (by phone) that helped me decide to fight the cancer.  Needless to say, it has also left me financially strapped.

Have to go to work...  See y'all around.

arakish

aka dalivad

P.S. Yes Grinnen, I was in the Das Boot game you were running until I fell ill.

OK, I have a question.

I am recruiting for an RMFRP game. How do I post a WordPerfect character sheet that players can access?

The name changed because I could not remember dalivad's password and could not find a way to have it resent to an email.  Thus I went with dalivad's loremaster instructor, arakish.

Since it has been so long that I was away, I have to figure out how to do everything again.  Once I have skimmed through the boards, you might see me more often.

If I remember right, I've had to have ictus reset mine for me before. I let my browser remember it, then had a crash and had to wipe the hard drive etc. It wasn't what I thought it was when I tried to get back in... ;)

Arakish, previously dalivad, I can't believe I left out that I'm praying for the cancer to stay in remission. Comes from posting so early. Thought I had it above, but I'll add it in now!

Okay, here is a question.

I have stuff for trade/sell; miniatures, terrain, etc.

Where do I post this (if anywhere)?

I'm trying to clean up my personal journal in a game I'm in (Journal for Anson in Pirates of Kolvar).  How do I delete posts in my journal?

he permissions don't allow for people to delete posts, or edit them after a given time, this is to prevent issues that can arise from code injection and of course for gaming reasons, I'll have to change your permissions to allow it, which i'll go and do now

What's up with the new player points and GM points?  How are they awarded?  Can anyone award points or just certain (super secret) people?

Just curious...  :wizi:

That should get you started on the path to being "in the know". . . try and ask your follow up questions in those threads. . .but if you have another puzzler, feel free to pop it here.

(A good "questions" question, as each of those has been asked a few times already.)
