It seems like the Quote function no longer works (or at least it isn't working for me).

Personal History: Xylandra Xho.  She is the younger sister of exiled prince Jalabhar Xho who is in the capital of King's Landing trying to get King Robert to aid him in taking back his rights in the Summer Isles.  She disobeyed her brother and found her way to the Banefort and she seems to like it there.  In the wake of the tragedy she is trying to make herself VERY useful in hopes of finding a permanent place here.  She also took care of many of the Heirs before they were murdered by the Lord.

Oaths Taken:  She has sworn by the Drowned God, as well as the Old Gods and New (the Seven) that she will aid House Banefort in any way that she can.

Personal History: Folks in the Banefort know him as Travail. He is, by all appearances, merely an average bard: mildly amusing when he's around, easily forgotten when he's gone. (That's all the PCs know about him. The rest is for you fellow players).

What few people know is that his true talents lie elsewhere... "Travail" is actually a master thief, among the best in Westeros. His true name is not recorded, but in the underworld he is now known as the "Bastard Snark."

About a year ago, he pulled off the crime of his life, one which he'd planned for years. He was imprisoned by Ramsay Bolton; what Bolton did not know is that it was all part of Travail's plan. Bolton flayed the skin from Travail's right pinky and left him to suffer, but Travail slipped his bonds and escaped with a chest full of Bolton's gold, killing two of Ramsay's beloved dogs in the process.  Travail's three accomplices were soon captured by Bolton and butchered. Travail got clean away and hid the chest, but assumes his hapless compatriots spilled their guts (both literally and figuratively) in the bowels of the Dreadfort.

So, knowing he is a hunted man, he changed his name and cut his hair, and started wearing gloves to hide his telltale wound. He exchanged his harp for a lute, practiced a few new songs, and passed himself off as a different bard. He wandered his way south until he found service with Lord Banefort a few months ago, before the massacre. Ever since, he's been lying low, biding his time until he can retrieve the hidden chest of stolen gold and escape beyond the Narrow Sea for good.

The problem is that he has fallen madly in love with Qaithe, the pregnant widow of the Lord's bastard son. He wants to take her with him, but she has taken little notice of him thus far, and is unlikely to travel in her present condition anyway. So he continues to bide his time.

However, recent events in the House are drawing unwelcome attention from around Westeros, and Travail is not sure how much longer he can risk staying. Travail will therefore do what he can to keep things stable at the house... at least, until he can convince Qaithe to join him...

Personal History: Japheth served as a loyal maester to House Arryn for many years. However, his scheming for power got him into many entaglements. One day the Lord's daughter took ill and Maester Japheth administered many tinctures for remedy, but eventually she died. He was accused by some of poisoning her and dismissed in disgrace. He left but vowed one day to return and take vengeance on those who framed him.
