I think Throk means that he wants to see your body language; who you look at; whether your lips tremble or you blink when you talk to or look at someone; whether you avoid eye contact with a particular person.  I leave it to you to telegraph any information you wish to in this way, or to fail to do so, or to give misleading clues if you wish.  I'm not getting involved.

However, I do have a word of advice:  if Funkmaggot shares all of the information he has, the interview itself might go more easily, and it might provide other characters who have other pieces of backstory that Funk does not possess a context for intelligent questions that may have helpful answers -- these answers may even bear on Funk's own set of motivations!

But it's your character, not mine.  Do as you wish.

Well I'm planning on sharing the rest of the info, except for the parts that involve Funk...it doesn't make sense in my mind for Funk to share that

Fair enough.  Again, it's your set of choices.  You're free to do as you will.

By way of clarification:

The broad figure of Tarma stood and bent over the table, never turning from the strange small objects, appearing as little curves and points in the backlight.  "It is he," he answered.  "There can be no doubt about it, Viscount.  Helvorn's description is clear, and besides, who else would have such an enormous pack?  I knew the boy from a babe, and I know about his... field trips."

This was Tarma's dialogue.  He is the one saying that he "knew the boy from a a babe"

No worries -- one might expect Funkmaggot, frightened and wary as he is to forget a detail every now and then.  Fits well.

I was thinking, given Funk's gambling skills, he might have a working knowledge of a lot of games, even chess, though that is generally reserved for upper class.

Let me know if you find that plausible. If so, then Funkmaggot will try to ascertain if what they say makes any sense from the game's perspective and how the pieces are organised on the board.

No, chess is not within Funk's experience.

Given that we're going for a dungeon crawl, I'd like to spend my 3DP on the following skills:

1: Missile
2: Stalking & Hiding
3: Body Development

For the next batch of DP's I'd like Funk to develop some swimming skills (he's naturally talented at it, just needs a teacher). Maybe its fun to have some swimming lessons as a side-story from Isengrim (To help them bond a bit more) or something.

That is of course, if he survives the mines
