The Guild Companion July
« on: July 02, 2008, 01:41:22 AM »
The new Guild Companion's July issue is out. And something that I created has finally seen print (other then my college creative writing magazine, which doesn't really count since that was 20 years ago, and my professor at the time saw fit to "edit" it.). Anyway go check it out. Maybe that would encourage me to actually try to publish something else.

The very poorly spelled article on Western Character Backgrounds.

And thanks.

You're gonna have to try REALLY HARD to even get honorable mention for poor spelling around here. . .we have a few champs and one internationally ranked venerable grandmaster.

Yeah. They have it published online. I have the URL somewhere if you need it. I also got all the math in an excel sheet. I didn't include it.

I did it for my gaming group. I was going to run RMSS with suitable adolescent skill dev and traits for all background. It was going to be magic in the west. Essentially body count at the end of the Taiping Rebellion ( the sack of Nanjing) had opened a rift that allowed Demons in, and with them magic became real. I almost had the table done when they decided they would rather me adapt Game of Thrones (which I did). So it's nice to see some use out of them.
