Don't you have to roll your casual strength? (I found my book.)

Rafe has a weight class of 10 STR, so you have 40-10=30 strength to throw with, you can standing throw rafe 12" or crush him for 8d6. (If you spend the next 1/2 phase to get up to running, you can throw rafe 24")

OK, if you insist. . .my casual strength of 10 vs your actual strength. . .roll 8d6 for the body only to see how well you grabbed me (you could roll all 1s I guess.)

Rolling 2d6:
(4+1): Total = 5

here's the really ugly part. That was phase 8

Phase 9
Rafe recovers from being stunned at the end of the Phase.
Sigi acts normally in phase 9, phase 8 was his held action from phase 6. . .so go again.

rafe is at 5 DCV with little birds flying around his head.

"Sigi, did you see the truck?"

Do I run the risk of killing him with another full out attack?

Sigismund will throw Rafe at the wall.
You added Rafe's velocity into that?

When sigi grabbed rafe, he ended rafe's velocity. . . abruptly. I guess you could say that both characters take 6d6 damage for colliding at 6", but the rules are not clear on the point. . .what do you say GM?

You'd need to take rafe to -20 Body in one shot to kill him. I don't think it's possible without headshots activated, or perhaps picking him up, running at the wall and 24" throwing him into it for 24d6 and rolling really high.

Eeesh.

OK, Phase 9 Sigi sets for haymaker. Rafe shakes out of his stun, sees this coming.

"OH $%#%"

On the upside, back to 10 DCV

Phase 10 haymaker goes off, need an 8- to hit.

I would think to add the velocity it would almost have to be a martial throw. Really only people trained in doing that think to do it.

The more I think about it, the less I like that idea. . .otherwise you'd constantly be taking damage on both sides. . .like rafe runs at you 6" for a move by you have a prepared attack and punch him. . .you both take 6d6 damage on top of any other resolved results. . . .since it would apply to "I close 1" and attack" too.
