History:
Grew up in a hive out in the country, came to the big city for medical school, got exposed to city ways. In the hive, you put the hive first. . . Charley didn't forget that, but he did learn all sorts of new things, to the point where they decided he was a disruptive influence and kicked him out.

Dejected, despite having a useful and well paid skill, he wandered aimlessly in the city, spending off his nest egg and not earning any money, until he realised he was actually running out of money. . . snapped temporarily out of his funk about not having a hive to belong to, he looked for a way to make money fast "just for now" and came up with this bounty hunting business.

Being from the country, he knows how to shoot, but this whole idea of catching people for money made him think sleep gas and a gas mask. . .now he's eager to try it out.
