Gregori

I'm going to try to practice the posting conventions as well as offer a little publicly known backstory for my character, Gregori.

As an urchin wanders into the village, people see that he walks leaning a bit on a staff and carries a longbow, in addition to being burdened with several animal skins and a fresh deer.  One of the village mothers sees him coming and shakes her head slightly, commenting to her daughter, "That poor boy walking in, his name is Gregori.  He's been stopping through now and then the past few years, bartering with folks here and I'm sure in other villages.  It doesn't seem like he has anyone looking after him.  You remember him, I brought him to our home for a warm dinner last winter when that storm came in?"  Her daughter replies, "Yes, mama, I do remember."  She crinkles her nose a little, "I was also glad to have offered some of my birthday myrrh for his bath.  The way he blushed at that!"  She giggles and continues, with an appraising eye, "Though, mama, it looks like perhaps 'boy' isn't the right word anymore - look at how he walks now - and you remember how polite he was that night, though a bit bashful."  The daughter trails off before asking her mother, "Maybe another storm will blow in soon?" with a slightly mischievous look on her face.  The mother then looks at her daughter replying that the chores of the day need to get worked on as the mother and daughter go about their day.

After visiting the local butcher and leatherworker, Gregori ends up at the local trinket seller who always has some small jewelry pieces available.  "Hello there, I hope your day is well."  After exchanging pleasantries, Gregori reaches into his belt pouch and pulls out a small object between his fingers (a freshwater pearl)"I found something that might be of interest to you.  What do you think of this?"  Some haggling occurs, but Gregori doesn't seem too happy.  "Is that really the best you can do?  And your arrowheads are twice what they were last time!  Maybe I'll just hold on to this until the next village."  Merchant skill 9, does not include +2 from voice advantage if applicable

Bingo!  At most, I might suggest putting the meta on its own line so I can find it more easily.  Furthermore, for the sake of clarity, if it's not blatantly obvious what you are posting meta about, include it.  Otherwise, you risk me interpreting it incorrectly.

For example:

Captain Kirk sees the reptile alien lurking below him, so he attempts to jump down on him and give him a nice, solid rabbit punch to the back of the neck.

Brawling Attack from Above Two-Handed Punch / Skull - Brawling-10 - 6.  He jumps down and smacks the bastard in the back of the head.  Skull is facing him, so I'm using the Face hit location modifier.  Jump 10 for the landing.

I used GURPS Character Sheet to prepare a better version of Gareth's sheet and found that I made some mistakes in points' calculation (+61 pts!)
This is the right sheet... luckily I still haven't used any skill!

I jumped in the river and what did I see? / black-eyed angels swimming with me / a moon full of stars and astral cars / all the figures I used to see / all my lovers were there with me / all my past and futures / and we all went to heaven in a little row boat / there was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt / there was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt / there was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt / there was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt...

That's fine.  I'll update your file on my computer and we'll begin your wrestling match shortly.  :)
