You were very unlucky....anything but a 14 on the crit would have seen him still alive.
Look at me still talking when there's Science to do.
When I look out there, it makes me glad I'm not you.
I've experiments to run.

We have definitely had the most one shot kills this match.
Which is to be expected for light gladiators, but not mediums as much.

I'm sorry, I honestly didn't expect to kill with that first shot.... just hoping to knock a few CFs from your next attack..... :-[

Maybe a disarm result..... ;evil)

Sorry guys,

We have a minor technical issue with the upload folder not being able to be written to........meaning I can't post the new map until its fixed.

Hopefully it wont take long.

I think it was just a setting issue that needed to have a check box applied.

An easy fix for our master Admin.

16CF for a spear fighter is a bitch for his opponent.

Well..... as predicted the collision and knocking prone of Vires has seen him vanquished.

Hard to stand up to 21CFs with half defense.

Now its one on one......two of the toughest fighters to hit the arena face off for winner take all.

Grandus Glutus Waddius vs Argus the Phrygian

Good luck against Grandus.

Here are some stats I have collected during the game.

Reenark   3      $1230
Epohfossol   5      $5395
Tancred   11      $8560
Baerrach   8       $4590

Tancredo turns his head and winces at the collision between Vires and Argus, then shrugs in dismay as Vires has his head cleaved open.

Turning to Epohfossolo,
"Well it appears that the two mightiest gladiators shall face off, my man Grandus shall certainly enjoy the challenge!"

Epoh Fossolo smiles at Tancredo

"It appears that the two best are left standing. May the Gods smile down on us and show a good fight!"
You fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this: never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha...  - Vizzini

Im amazed that Argus survived a 10CF attack!

What a time for luck to change.......although things are still looking grim for Argus with no weapon and an almost ruined shield.

As you've noticed....the map (1st post) is missing from the top of every page (except the first  ::) ). This is an upgrade thing....it needs a special mod installed to rectify this.
