Most of the places, things, and peoples of the world are named in The Divine Tongue.  They may also name things in their own language if they have one. 

For somewhat easy reference (not all words can be found) here is a Sumerian Lexicon.  Sometimes you have to get creative to find words that fit what you are trying to describe.
