Nice.

The world is only 100 years old, but most cultures probably have a way to make everything listed in the Equipment section of the HARP book (unless they haven't figured out to work iron yet).

I think every culture should be able to make most of the stuff in the equipment list anyway.

20 is enough, if there's enough room for random monsters (something chaotic, wyld, or demonic that spawned them) and of course undead  :mellow:
