He did, yeah. But l came to the conclusion that I prefer picking up trade paperback collections rather than singles many years ago.

I should probably put dibs on his gaming stuff for when if you kill him instead.

PS - There's only one way to find out...

Indeed it is, only my hair is no longer blue.

And I think it's more likely that HE will kill ME now... want any of my stuff? I have an almost complete Terry Pratchett collection... or you can have my fancy dress costumes and scare everyone haha.

We're both very young looking though - I get mistaken for sixteen/seventeen all the time. It's very galling.

Well my Pratchett collection is pretty much complete (apart from Nation and Unseen Academicals, and now Nation is out in paperback I shall be getting it soon)

So the fancy dress costumes it is.

We're both very young looking though - I get mistaken for sixteen/seventeen all the time. It's very galling.

What makes it more galling is being the oldest in our face-to-face group, because although I'm also told I look young for my age, I still look like the old one because you lot all look so damn young.

Stop it immediately.

Ah, quit you're griping. With the possible exception of Bigsteveuk I'm the oldest here and have most cause to go around complaining. Moaning about looking young? Wait until you're my age and it won't seem like a problem...

Mutter, mutter, in my day we didn't go around complaining about such things...

Unseen Academicals hardback is £9.99 in Tescos. Go. Now.

But all my other Pratchett books are paperback, a hardback would just look out of place on the shelf next to them.

Also, my to-read pile is already attempting to take over my bookshelves, I'd better wait till after I've seen what Santa brings before I add to it...

34.

And I don't need to buy Unseen Academicals. One of the advantages of library work is a ready supply of books and no charges for ordering them from other libraries. I liked it. The endings a bit off, but some good puns in there. I liked the one about the psychiatrists who think a cigar is a metaphor being a phallusy...

Alrighty then, here we shall discuss the state of things - most pressing being:

The dreaded reboot!

Shall we commence from the beginning? Or simply continue on? bigsteveuk unfortunately won't be joining us due to personal time contraints, and I believe Shuttle expressed a desire to create a new character - these events, plus the addition of a new player, suggest to me that the reboot is the way to go - thoughts?

Are we sticking with the same scenario? I'd like to keep Clara if she still fits - I never got to give her the exploration she deserves. ;)

Sorry for the double post, but hello coynda! Fancy introducing yourself?
As for me, you can call me Kitty, and I'm our token girl - unless you're a girl, that is!

Apologies! My name's Andy, I'm 24, I role-play regulary with Alex (shuttle) and he's brought me into the fold so to speak. It'll be my first time with Falkenstein, and if our benevolent GM allows I'll be aiming to play a disgraced, ageing former military general, full of bumbling stories that finish in a lot of mumbling and guffaws.

And I'm all man. I should really have addressed that point first...

Ah right, so you're from the OTHER side of the brothers - the rest of us are friends of Shuttle's brother, here under the name BatMandalore. Well, Flash is a friend and roleplaying compatriot, and I'm sort of buy-one-get-one-free with Flash, haha. I'm a novice at this too, so don't worry, if you make a mistake it won't be long until I make a worse one to take the heat off you.
