Yes, I'm ready to go to NC--we can do some "hands on" sleuthing.
For the last five years I have used a particular forum software that is a part of a larger educational package designed to deliver content to students. That forum software has its "Quote Post" button in exactly the same place as this forum software has its "Delete Post" button. As a GM I quote a lot of posts in my responses, and have five years worth of pre-programing to go for the wrong button. Also, I do all of my surfing (which really is very little) with all forms of scripting turned off. Thus on the few occasions recently when I have, out of habit, accidentally pressed the "Delete Post" button instead of the "Quote Post" button, the post has been deleted without warning; no pop-up confirmation box (the "are you really sure" dialog box) appears, because they are generated with javascript.
-If you are packing anything out of the ordinary--something that might make a Keeper say, "You brought that!?!?"--now's the time to let me know, and I'll add it to your sheet.
-This is the end of the first "act," so those of you who got "skill checks" can roll now here to see if those skills improve.
Nothing special except a flashlight, which is maybe not that common in those years? Wikipedia mentions the first model in 1899 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flashlight

Besides fancy clothes, Felix would carry a small set of picks (in his pocket, as usual) should his locksmith skills be needed.
