Offically Pathfinder is a D20 game. For reasons stated elsewhere D20 games are not run here. I play it, but not here.

Oh. I did not know that. My bad. Could you PM me where you do or did find a PBEM-PF game?

Thanks.

I don't play it as an PBP game at all, TBH I have never had a good experience with any D20 games run as PBP games on other forums.. so will not recommend any. This isn't a reflection on Pathfinder BTW which is, by far, the best version of the fantasy D&D D20 out there... and by FAR I mean a really long far.
I generally run my own version of it at our local games club or catch an occasional game at a UK convention.

I agree, I don't know what it is, but d20 PbP players seem to be really flighty or just plain rude. They disappear or just don't bother explaining they're going to be absent etc.

I've played pathfinder at tournaments. Its good for what it is and I found it enjoyable.

You get some of that everywhere I suppose. I think the maturity factor here has an influence on our manners at the very least. d20 tends to get the full range from the very young kids to old veterens.
Look at me still talking when there's Science to do.
When I look out there, it makes me glad I'm not you.
I've experiments to run.
There is research to be done.....on the people who are still alive.

That happens in any game system and with face to face or email... :)

Moreso with d20... I've played on a Marvel Universe RP board for at least the last 6 years, and I  can probably count on 1 hand the players who've done that... and most it's because of RL issues that suddenly appeared (like a computer and a mother dying).
