Watching The Americans on FX lately has put me in the mood for some early 80's spy action. Anybody up for running a game?

Does it involve spiky mullet hair styles, pastel colours and sport jackets?

Heh. Think early 80's. Little before the Miami Vice look. More discoish.

Sorry to necro again, but I do love the first edition of Top Secret. First RPG I ever played, actually.

I shudder at the thought of casting necromantic spells, but I happened to see this thread and have an electronic backup of my copy of the rulebook.
Is there any continued interest in playing a little Top Secret campaign (I put together the basic framework for a series based in 1981)?

I think that I can dust off my 1st edition rules for a go. Been a while since I played first, always liked it better than the S.I. edition.

I really would want a third player to get this going, so I'll post over in the Recruiting thread.

Croaker, Reindeer, I want to give folks a few more days to respond before moving forward, but I'm also flying back home on the 25th for a week on family business and probably won't be here much during that time.
So, I think we should go ahead and get the game thread created, and we can run with a Solo/Kuryakin-style team until/unless we get a third or fourth. Croaker, I'll send you a PM to formally request the thread.

I've created threads for campaign/system information, agent creation threads for both of you, and OOC. Feel free to head over so we can get started.
